Only a shell when we purchased the home, this house required some vision! When another investor threw in the towel, we stepped in. We added the essentials any homeowner expects in a modern home: a master bedroom and bathroom, a functional kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, dedicated laundry space, and a usable backyard with off-street parking.
