Another historic, Victorian farmhouse on Warner Street, also in need of updating. We purchased this home from the granddaughter of the original owner! She had lived in the home all her life, and when she was no longer able to take care of it, we couldn’t say no! We opened up the lower level floor plan and completely remodeled the kitchen. The original hardwood floors were refinished and we couldn’t have hoped for a better result. WOW! The built-in hutch in the dining room was revamp project – it is made up of the original kitchen cabinets which were refinished and re-configured for this piece, including the gorgeous bird’s eye maple serving surface. It was hard to let this amazing, historic house go, but we’re glad it will continue to provide a home for a great family for many years to come!
